I was hired by a private client to bring an urban spin to organically made clothing aimed at attracting urban dwellers, festival goers, and those teetering on the edge of Bohemia.

The logo was a custom [hand-drawn] ligature which existed in two permutations: an emblem and a typographic logo. The Celtic knot framework embodies the Irish roots of the founder while the rootball conveys the interconnectedness of humanity, the swaddling feeling of well-made clothes, and the earth.

The remaining elements of the brand nodded to the mission of Epic Roots, Co. which was to bring well designed utilitarian clothing to urban dwellers the safest way possible for the earth.
