I worked along with Castlight's Corporate Marketing team to produce this 48 page report. As the Creative Director for this project, I worked along my design team to bring together [6 months worth of] collected data to help tell the story of the employer /employee perspective in respect to their benefit offerings.

Having launched an ecosystem campaign prior to the release of this research—where I imaged hot air balloons as a metaphor alluding to individual partners painting a landscape unique to its surroundings—I felt this was a great opportunity to expand the visual language to support the data's story.

Through this annual report, we played with photography and pushed the metaphor by using photos depicting unique perspectives to help further push the disconnect between employer/employee needs which is (more frankly) told through the data.
